1) PROGRAM & SOLUTION DESIGN
We work to understand our client’s mission, values, key objectives, and ROI expectations, as these serve as the foundation for all operating decisions. We review the demographic profiles of current and/or prospective members. And we do a thorough analysis of the competition within a 10-mile radius. We then develop membership and financial projections, non-dues revenue pricing, and center policies and procedures based on this information and industry best practices.
2) PHYSICAL PLANT ASSESSMENT
First we assess the location of the center. We review and make recommendations regarding the facility’s layout, furniture, fixtures and equipment. We then develop capital budgets that leverage Proactive Partners’ buying power for your benefit.
3) ONGOING CENTER MANAGEMENT
We oversee hiring, training, and evaluation of the team; create marketing materials and implement our sales process to attract new members; as well as produce retention programs for existing members. Of course, we also implement all programming, including medical/clinical integration services (when possible), wellness services, fitness orientation and supervision, group exercise classes, tennis, squash and racquet ball lessons, leagues and events, aquatics classes, lessons, and swim teams, social events and activities, Kid’s club operations, food and beverage, and more.
