Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
Providing your organization with a health risk baseline on your total employee population, each employee takes the confidential HRA on line through your exclusive content rich health and wellbeing company branded website, and then receives his or her personal results report.
Individual Results Review
As a follow up to the HRA, a Proactive Coach is available to employees to confidentially discuss their HRA results and assist in recommendations for improvement via the phone or Skype.

Lose Big! Team Lean Weight Loss Challenge
A 6-week program designed to encourage teams of four employees to eat better, get moving, and make healthier lifestyle choices, it includes weekly weigh-in as well as web support.
Coach Q&A/Chalk Talk
A monthly conference call to educate your employees on wellness topics chosen from their interest surveys. Our expert Coach requests questions in advance via e-mail, presents information on the selected topic, and then opens the line for live questions.
Fit2Go
Personalized fitness programs based on an employee’s current health issues and fitness goals that can be done virtually anywhere. Employees receive a FitKit, along with a personalized workout, which they can download to their computer, smart phone or iPod. They then review their workout in an initial call with a Proactive Coach. And to ensure adherence and results, they get daily Web-based tracking as well as phone coaching reinforcement from their Coach after three weeks and again after six weeks.
Phone or Skype Coaching
Our dynamic team of Proactive Coaches is available for health and wellbeing phone or Skype coaching based on an employee’s need in fitness, nutrition, and/or healthy lifestyle choices. Coaches include Registered Nurses, Exercise Physiologists, Registered Dieticians and Clinical Professional Counselors.
On-site Proactive Coach
A Proactive Coach may be placed at any office location to provide ongoing physical activity, wellness initiatives, lead classes, and offer individual wellness coaching. Plus, our Coach will act as a liaison to your company’s health and wellness benefits available to employees through insurance, Employee Assistance Programs, and other providers.
Eat Better: Why We Eat What We Eat & How to Make Better Choices workshop
Nutrition education is critical to our health and wellbeing, and most adults believe that they should “eat better”. Based on proven techniques created by a Registered Dietician, a Clinical Professional Counselor, and an Exercise Physiologist, Eat Better delivers a hands-on, practical approach for participants of every level with:
  • Individualized Techniques: Allow participants to understand why they personally make the food choices they do.
  • Practical Approach: Nutrition toolbox that can be used to provide convenient, cost effective, healthy food choices.
